What is the best time of day for hydrogen inhalation?
Since hydrogen-oxygen inhalation requires a set amount of time, the best time to do it is while you're sleeping, as this won't interfere with your daily life or work. Additionally, studies have shown that people naturally use diaphragmatic breathing during sleep, which significantly increases the absorption rate of hydrogen (up to four times higher than when sitting). Of course, you can also inhale hydrogen while watching TV, reading, studying, or doing any work that involves extended sitting.
Which time of day is best for hydrogen inhalation?
Using low-voltage electrolysis of H2O, Huimei's device produces adjustable H2/O2 mixes. The gases undergo sterilization, humidification, and ultrasonic atomization to create 3-8μm therapeutic particles, ensuring safe inhalation.
Why do you feel uncomfortable at the beginning of hydrogen inhalation?
Using low-voltage electrolysis of H2O, Huimei's device produces adjustable H2/O2 mixes. The gases undergo sterilization, humidification, and ultrasonic atomization to create 3-8μm therapeutic particles, ensuring safe inhalation.
