He (Mr. Lin Hsin-Yung, Founder of Asclepius Meditec) is the global pioneer of hydrogen-oxygen medicine and also a persistent entrepreneur who has battled two types of cancer. In 1977, he began establishing industrial enterprises in Taiwan, Malaysia, Mexico, Shanghai, Nantong, Dalian, and other places, contributing to the economic revival of mainland China during the early stages of reform and opening-up. In 2008, due to overwork, he was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and gastric cancer. During his journey to Japan for medical treatment and consultation, he was introduced to hydrogen molecule therapy. The hydrogen-oxygen medical study experiments he led account for 95% of the published papers in this field globally, with 84 SCI papers published, including 8 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The hydrogen-oxygen medical clinical trials he led have entered several of the top 100 hospitals nationwide.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, he donated over 3,000 hydrogen-oxygen nebulizers, which were promptly dispatched to the front lines of epidemic prevention nationwide.
